USE AND MAINTENANCE:
1.You should make the pump working in the standard rotate speed in use process, don't speed up at will, in order to avoid potential safety hazard and impact the useful life of the pump.
2.Direct coupled type pump units:the chassis must remain stable, so as not to damage the coupling.
Belt wheel type pump units:the two pulleys must be aligned, the belt loose or tighten must be moderate. If the pump doesn't turn, it is generally because the impeller-ring get rusty, you can use the mallet knocking the coupling axially.Pump mounting height(in order to suction the water tank as the base)should be less than the permit smoking on 1-2meter high vacuum.
3.You should stop the engine if you discover abnormalities(such as noise, shock, hydraulic discharge descend etc.),and attention the bearing heat up, the temperature can't exceed 75°C.
If stop using for a long time, you should discharge the water in the pump, overhaul and oil, keep it in a dry and ventilate shade.
In winter, you should discharge the water at once when you stop using it in case frost crack.After the pump every 1000 hours operating time, you should take down and clean the bearing, and exchange quick-wear parts.
Pump Use Precautions:
1. If the pump has any small faults, remember not to let it work. If the filler of the pump shaft is worn out, it should be added in time. If the pump is used continuously, it will leak. The direct effect of this is that the motor consumes more energy and can damage the impeller.
2. If the pump has a strong vibration during use, be sure to stop and check what is the cause, otherwise it will cause damage to the pump.
3. When the bottom valve of the pump leaks, some people will fill it into the inlet pipe of the pump with dry soil and flush it to the bottom of the valve. This is not desirable. Because when the dry soil is put into the water inlet pipe, when the water pump starts to work, the dry soil will enter the pump, which will damage the water pump impeller and the bearing, which shortens the service life of the water pump. When the bottom valve leaks, it must be repaired. If it is serious, it needs to be replaced.
4, the pump must pay attention to maintenance after use, for example, when the pump is used up, the water in the pump should be cleaned, it is best to remove the water pipe and then rinse with water.
5, the tape on the pump should also be removed, then rinse with water and dry in the light, do not put the tape in a dark and humid place. The tape of the pump must not be stained with oil, and do not apply some sticky material to the tape.
6. Carefully check the impeller for cracks. If the impeller is fixed on the bearing, if it is cracked or loose, it should be repaired in time. If there is mud on the pump impeller, it should be cleaned up.
Application:
During the use of the pool pump, the technical parameters used to measure the performance of the pool pump are flow, suction stroke, head, shaft power, water power, efficiency, etc.
1. Suction.
That is, the water absorption height of the swimming pool pump. Refers to the vertical distance from the center of the pump body to the horizontal level of the water source. When the water flow is pumped by the vacuum in the pump body, the allowable suction stroke is generally not more than 7.5 meters.
2. Lift.
That is, the lifting height of the swimming pool pump. Refers to the value of the energy increase per unit weight of water after passing through the pool pump. Generally, the height difference between the inlet and outlet water level of the pumping station is called the actual head; plus the head loss of the pumping station pipeline and its accessories (such as the bottom valve, elbow, gate valve, etc.) is called the total head. The lift on the swimming pool pump refers to the lift of the pool pump when the efficiency is high at a certain speed, which is the sum of the actual lift and the lost lift.
3. Traffic.
Refers to the amount of water that the swimming pool pump delivers per unit time, also known as the amount of water delivered. Commonly used flow units are liters per second, cubic meters per second, cubic meters per hour, kilograms per second, tons per hour, and the like.
4. Axis power.
Refers to the power delivered by the power machine to the swimming pool pump shaft, ie the input power of the swimming pool pump.
